A high quality UK manufactured gas brazing kit originally designed for harsh environments such as military use, the construction industry and HVAC engineering use etc.

Oxy-Weld kits are designed to meet the requirements of the BCGA (British Compressed Gas Association), for example, gas hoses are UK manufactured high quality crimped ferrule connectors and not lower quality hose clips. All parts are manufactured to a high standard with UK/EU approvals.

Oxy-Weld kits are designed with a special protective carry case manufactured from high grade British & European steel only and high quality welds with high nickel content.

The carry case has a durable powder coated finish and it designed to be touched-up by the user with Hammerite or similar paint when inevitable damage to the finish occurs due to site use.

Solid 18mm exterior grade plywood base which is colour matched to frame

The carry case is designed to protect the gas safety critical parts including the gauges, hoses and cylinders etc.

Many customers have reported continual site use for 5 years without any detrimental effects or damage to kit

Designed as a lifetime tool for continual site use and harsh environments.

Features :-

• Comes with a high quality light duty gas torch with three multi-jet nozzles, sizes 3, 5 & 7 which can braze up to 1 1/8″
• Beyond that the user will require the optional pepper-pot nozzle (see below)

Options :-

• An optional pepper-pot nozzle is available for installation work for pipe sizes over 1.1/8″.

Gas Compatibility :-

• Gas cylinders must be purchased by customer
• Uses a standard MAP gas CGA 600 cylinder – our part no Torgas
• Uses an industry standard 2 litre oxygen cylinder

Note: Each kit comes with printed instructions to enable you to set up the kit correctly including setting the gas pressures

We also supply the Pepperpot Nozzle, 2 Litre Oxygen cylinder and Mapp Gas – sold separately.
