The IMP-270 extendable tripod is designed only to fit the New Imperial 270-F-18 1-1/8″ Gear Benders, this heavy duty tripod features extendable legs, making the tripod slightly more compact for storage.
Having this tripod allows engineers to easily bend 1-1/8″ copper pipe whilst standing up, which is so much easier than working on your hands and knees.
It extends in seconds and easily attached to the gear bender using the 2 finger tightened bolts which are included in with the gear bender itself.
