The Tech Pac Blackout is a blacked-out tool backpack for tool storage based on our Tech Pac but with Veto Pro Pac’s V-Swap™ system that COMES WITH FRONT AND BACK removable TOOL and METER pocket panels which are also exchangeable. You can also purchase a Laptop Panel that can turn the bag into a tool bag/laptop bag, and the Laptop Panel can go in the front or the back, and a flat rubber panel for Bulk Storage.  Includes V-Swap™ Front Tool Panel and Back Tool & Meter Panels, V-Swap™ Laptop and Bulk Storage Panels Sold Separately.
